Your abstract should clearly define:

  • the objectives of the presentation,
  • topics covered,
  • key conclusions reached, and
  • potencial benefits to science development and to the industry.

Also, you should mention in the abstract:

  • the full name of the authors,
  • their affilitation
  • mail address, e-mail address, phone and fax of the corresponding author.

Abstracts should not be extend more than 1 A4 page.

You may take this Abstract, as an example to format your document according to the conference rules.

All text documents should be of the .doc type (Microsoft Word, compatible file) and presentations should be prepared in Power Point (compatible file).

Decisions on the abstracts would be of three kinds:

• Abstract accepted for an oral communication, and paper manuscript will be required for submission to peer review and publication in the e-book after the conference.

• Abstract accepted, but for a poster presentation, and an extended abstract manuscript will be required to follow the same process as for papers;

• Topic described in the abstract not eligible for the conference

Guidelines for formatting of manuscripts to be published in the e-book will be sent to participants individually, once their abstracts were accepted for publication (see Deadlines)
