For system evaluation of the WellPath students, three questionnaires have been used:

• a pre experiment questionnaire to collect some information about each student;
• a post experiment questionnaire to collect students opinion about the system experimented;
• a look and feel questionnaire where each student can provide more opinion about system interface and WellPath impact in learning.

The collected data have been analysed using the SPSS statistical package format (version 10.0).

The main report with evaluation and theorical introduction to Web based-training shown that results are satisfatory and recommend further development.
